	Members were invited to join together as they fried homecut sweet potato fries, fresh Lake Erie Perch and Alaskan Walleye. Ervin, KA8CAS, prepared homemade tarter sauce, Terri, KD8GJI,shared fresh cupcakes with fudge frosting, and Karen, KI8BV's XYL, prepared a wonderful cole slaw.

	Jim, KI8BV, works on the perfect compliment to Erv's fresh fish. Handcut sweet potato fries Were prepared and and served.
